Who is responsible
ELSE is operated by ELSE CORPORATIONS and created by Velcior G.Scoot. This notice covers the public website, Telegram Mini App and separate local demo. For questions, account requests or privacy concerns, open ELSE Support from the app’s You screen. This is an in-app ticket service connected to the owner’s admin panel, not an external Telegram username. A public email address is not currently provided. Live registration can be paused during release testing.
Information you choose to enter
Live sign-in validates Telegram’s signed launch data on our server and stores your Telegram numeric identifier. Your profile stores your name, birthday, selected Iranian city, gender, interests, intentions and preferences. Members see your age, profile text and photos; your birthday and Telegram identifier are excluded from member profile responses. We also store decisions, matches, messages, reactions, blocks, reports and support tickets to provide those features. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details in profiles or messages.
Photos and voice messages
Live profile photos, conversation images and voice messages are uploaded to private storage. The server checks authorization each time it delivers a file: profile images are available to eligible members, and conversation attachments to participants. Blocks restrict access in both directions. Recording requests microphone access only when you start recording; canceling or leaving releases it. The app resizes uploaded images and removes metadata through browser re-encoding. Conversations are protected by transport encryption and access rules; they are not end-to-end encrypted.
Website preferences and offline files
The website remembers essential-storage and motion choices. The app remembers language and motion preferences and caches public app files for offline use. Private API responses and uploaded media are not put into the offline cache. Live sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie. We do not install advertising or third-party analytics trackers. The admin panel shows operational counts such as sign-ins, onboarding progress and recent activity; these are derived from service records and heartbeats.
Sharing and providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and server API and processes technical requests, including IP addresses. Supabase hosts the database and private storage in its Ireland region. Telegram provides the Mini App container, signed identity data and its browser integration script. These providers may process data outside Iran. Server secrets are never sent to the browser. Authorized administrators can inspect profiles, Telegram identifiers, activity, support tickets and reports. Reported-message text is shown as evidence when a member submits it; there is no general admin chat-reading screen. Administrative actions and sensitive views are audited.
Retention and your control
Live data remains while your account exists. You can edit your profile, change preferences, sign out or delete your account from You. Deletion removes the account and associated records and immediately removes access to its uploaded files; physical file removal is queued for hourly maintenance. Encrypted database snapshots rotate over 14 days. They may retain deleted records until rotation; uploaded file binaries are not copied into these snapshots. Operational audit entries use internal identifiers and are retained for up to 90 days. Uninstalling the app does not delete a live account. Use ELSE Support for other data requests.
Age, location and safety
ELSE is currently for adults aged 18–99 living in Iran. The server checks the entered birthday and selected city; residency and age are self-declared, not independently verified. We do not request GPS or use IP location to enforce residency. Telegram sign-in is not identity verification. Reports and support tickets go to the operator’s admin queue, without a guaranteed response time. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
The separate demo and future changes
Explore the demo uses fictional adult profiles and resettable local browser data. Demo text is not sent to other members or the live database; demo media remains in memory. Reset it in demo Settings or clear site data. Material changes to the live service and these disclosures will be presented before new uses are enabled. Verification, advertising and paid features are not connected.
