EFFECTIVE 6 OCTOBER 2026 · IRAN RELEASE
Terms of use
Clear information. Your choices respected.
Operator and scope
ELSE CORPORATIONS operates ELSE; Velcior G.Scoot is its creator. These terms cover the website, Telegram Mini App and separately marked demo. Contact the operator through ELSE Support in the app. Registration may be paused during testing or maintenance; no response time or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Adults only
You must be 18–99 and currently live in Iran to create a live account. Provide an accurate birthday and city, use your own Telegram account and photographs, and do not impersonate another person. Do not upload material without the necessary rights or permission. Telegram authentication does not verify your age or identity independently.
Respect and acceptable use
Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, scams, spam and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited. Respect consent and boundaries. Do not collect or misuse other people’s information, probe for unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Live service and separate demo
Live accounts use Telegram sign-in, persisted profiles and private uploads. A conversation requires mutual likes. Delivery, blocking and support depend on server availability. The separate demo contains fictional profiles and deterministic matches, with local-only messages and reports. Demo badges are not evidence of a real person’s identity. Phone/email authentication and identity verification are unavailable.
Free core features
Discovery, likes, visible Likes, mutual-match messaging and safety controls are free. No advertising, paid boosts or blurred Likes are present. These terms do not authorize future billing. Reasonable storage and rate limits protect service availability.
Your content and device
You remain responsible for your content and permissions. You authorize ELSE and its infrastructure providers to store and deliver your content to provide the features you use, including showing your profile to eligible members, messages to matched participants, and submitted reports and tickets to administrators. This does not authorize public publication of private conversations. Account deletion and demo resets remove access to associated content; keep copies of anything you need.
Safety and availability
Use independent judgment when meeting people. No interface, badge or profile can guarantee another person’s identity, intentions or safety. The preview may change or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law makes non-excludable.
Account restrictions and changes
Accounts may be suspended for misuse or while a report is reviewed. Existing members can sign in to use support or delete their account, including when new registration is closed. You may delete your account from You. Updated terms will appear here with an effective date; material changes will be presented clearly. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.
